Despite our best efforts, there may be occasions where the final product slightly deviates from your original design due to these constraints. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and accept that minor discrepancies between your drawing and the finished craft may occur. We appreciate your understanding and trust in our expertise to deliver a product that closely aligns with your expectations, within the bounds of our design capabilities.

Our return policy is tailored to our on-demand service models only, excluding digital files. We understand that sometimes issues may arise with your order. To ensure your satisfaction, we accept returns and offer full refunds exclusively for products that are damaged or lost during transit. Please note that due to the nature of our on-demand services, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for any other reasons. We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully before finalising to ensure a seamless experience.

Since our service is based on demand it usually takes up to 10 working days to finalise a submitted artwork into a physical model. This time may exceed for complicated designs such as multi characters or prototypes, in which CMD will inform the customer in advance. There will also be an additional time required for delivery depending on what shipping service is selected at the checkout.
